Cinnaroll Bakeries Limited is proud to be using our own Signature brand Siam™ Cinnamon, one of the finest in the world. Our Siam™ Cinnamon is grown in Indonesia, where it is known as Kayu Manis which means “sweet wood”.
Cinnamon comes from the inner bark of the Laurel Tree, which grows for at least two years between harvesting. The flavour of Cinnamon is due primarily to an aromatic essential oil in the bark. The higher the oil content in a Cinnamon the higher quality the Cinnamon is. The high oil content in our Siam™ Cinnamon provides our products with an extremely distinctive full Cinnamon flavour.
