We have attempted to answer some of the most frequently asked consumer questions that we have received at Baker Boys. Q. Why is the fundraising program called Cinnaroll? A. We decided to use the Cinnaroll brand in our fundraising program because it has better awareness among consumers. In fact, the Baker Boys manufactured gourmet cinnamon roll is identical to that which is baked in-store at our Cinnzeo franchise bakeries. The recipes to produce our signature gourmet cinnamon roll at CinnZeo bakeries and the Baker Boys manufacturing plant are virtually the same. The primary difference is that the cinnamon rolls used for the Cinnaroll fundraising program are frozen immediately after they are produced to preserve their freshness and unique taste. Q. How does my organization raise money by selling Cinnaroll cinnamon rolls? A. Cinnaroll's fundraising gourmet cinnamon rolls are designed to make money for your school, sports team or not-for-profit organization. Each Cinnaroll fundraising package consists of 12 cinnamon gourmet cinnamon rolls. Our pricing is simple. All products are shipped frozen and require approximately two hours to thaw. Q. How does my organization participate in CinnZeo fundraising program? A. It is simple, just contact us via email info@bakerboys.net or toll free 1-877-246-6036 Q. How does my organization submit a fundraising product order? Can we do it online? A. As all booking forms are customized by group we suggest calling to set up yours today! Call 1-877-246-6036 Q. What methods of payment are available through the Cinnaroll fundraising program? A. Cash or cheque is payable to Baker Boys upon delivery of CinnZeo fundraising cinnamon rolls. Q. How often can my organization participate in a Cinnaroll fundraising program? A. We do not have any set limits on participation. However, we typically recommend that organizations use the Cinnaroll fundraising program no more than four times in any calendar year. Q. Do Cinnaroll fundraising products contain any nut products? Is this information printed on the Baker Boys packaging that we sell to our customers? A. We do not use nut products in our Baker Boys manufacturing facility, however, our ingredients may have been exposed to nut products before arriving at our baking plant. Our labels do state that our baked goods "may contain traces of egg or nuts". Please visit our nutrition information page for more details. Please refer to our food nutritional information page. Q. Where and how do I pick up my organization's orders? Do you offer delivery? A. We offer a single, pre-determined delivery from our manufacturing facility. Q. How many dozens of Cinnaroll products can fit into a typical mini van? A. We estimate that approximately 30 cases containing 9 sealed packages of 12 Mini Cinnamon Rolls can fit into a typical mini van.
